fix(vercel): remove invalid JSON syntax in vercel.json

Browse source 
- Remove duplicate 'version' key
- Remove JavaScript comments (not valid in JSON)
- Remove duplicate 'env' key

Fixes invalid vercel.json error on aethex.app deployment
