Fix incorrect API endpoint for creating posts

Browse source 
Corrected the API endpoint from `/api/community/posts` to `/api/posts` in `client/components/feed/PostComposer.tsx` and `client/pages/AdminFeed.tsx` to resolve 404 errors during post creation.
