### 3. Database Schema
- ✅ Migration file created: `supabase/migrations/20260107_developer_api_keys.sql`
- ⏳ Migration not yet applied (waiting for Supabase connection)
- ✅ Schema includes 4 tables with proper RLS policies
- ✅ Helper functions defined correctly

### 4. API Endpoints
- ✅ 8 endpoints defined in `api/developer/keys.ts`
- ✅ Routes registered in `server/index.ts`
- ✅ SHA-256 hashing implementation correct
