This Week (Feb 3-9)

Focus: Database & Auth Foundation

Tasks:

  • Finalize PostgreSQL on Railway
  • Run all Prisma migrations
  • Complete Clerk integration

Development Workflow

Daily Standup Template

Each dev answers:
1. What did I complete yesterday?
2. What am I working on today?
3. What blockers do I have?

Keep to 15 minutes max
Escalate blockers immediately

Git Workflow

Main branches:
- main (production)
- develop (staging)
- feature/* (feature branches)

Process:
1. Create feature branch: git checkout -b feature/auth-setup

During Sprint (Mon-Fri)
